Kira Emslie's Story
With her unyielding belief in the power of finding your voice, Kira has dedicated her career to making this a reality for clients on every level, from individuals to large-scale organisations. Discovering the potential to speak up without inhibition and with renewed confidence is an expertise in which Kira thrives.
An associate faculty member of The King's Fund and the NHS Leadership Academy, Kira contributes to the education of understanding the voice through tuition and research. Her latest study looks into the connection between voice and mental health, in the hope that developing methods to improve a person's wellbeing with physiological voice manipulation will provide valuable insight into even greater impact the voice may provide in the future.

John Higgins' Story
I’ve been a professional researcher into how people experience having and not having a voice for many years. I’m a confidante to people from all walks and stage of life, listening to them as they make sense of what is going on for them. My work draws on lots of traditions and perspectives and is anchored in a rigorous academic understanding of how people create meaning, both individually and collectively.
